Ad Submission Guidelines
  • Ads must conform to specifications outlined on this site. Submissions not meeting specifications will be returned for revision.

  • Standard creative must be submitted to your designated Campaign Manager three business days prior to campaign launch. Rich media ads must be submitted four business days prior to launch to enable thorough testing. Podcast sponsorships and ads must be submitted several weeks prior to launch. Contact your Campaign Manager for additional details.

  • Creative submissions should include the following:
    • Advertiser name
    • Detailed trafficking instructions
    • Creative files
    • Alternate text (if applicable)
    • Linking URL
    • Third-party tags (if applicable)

  • Third-party tags must be live at the time of submission to enable thorough testing before launch.

  • For Flash ads, an alternate image conforming to the designated GIF/JPEG/PNG specifications must be provided for use in the event that the user's browser does not support Flash or the version of Flash used for the ad.

  • Flash ads must accept a "clickTAG" variable for the purpose of click tracking. (Refer to Adobe's documentation for instructions on how to add this to your Flash ads.)
