Biography:
Shinichi "Nabeshin" Watanabe has been an anime director since 1995 starting with Bonobono and has gone on to direct popular anime series which include Excel Saga, The Wallflower, Tenchi Muyo! GXP and Nerima Daikon Brothers. In addition to his work as a director, Mr. Watanabe also appears as the voice of Nabeshin. His likeness has appeared in such titles as Excel Saga, Puni Puni Poemy, Eyeshield, Hayate No Gotoku, Nyan Koi! And Tayutama. Mr. Watanabe will be seen with his signature red blazer and afro.
