Otakon announces additional guests

Today, Otakon announced additions to its guest list. The new guests include screenwriters Ichiro Okochi and Tatsuo Sato, artists Koge Donbo and Fred Perry, and Mohammad Haque and Ananth Panagariya from AppleGeeks. Otakon has also posted Hall and Masquerade cosplay rules as well as information on its dances.
