AnimeCons Press Release Submission Form

Please do not submit your personal convention reports here! Use our convention report form to submit links to con reports.

We no longer accept press releases
Over the years, the section of our web site with the archive of press releases has overwhelmingly been the least visited section of the site (with the possible exception of our store). Seeking feedback from some of our users, it was clear that very few people actually care about news for anime conventions they're not attending and that if they want news from conventions they attend, they'll just access the convention's site directly. Also, people generally don't have any need to refer back to old news, so the archive is largely useless.

With this knowledge, we are retiring our "News" section, which was always more of a press release archive anyway. As of January 1, 2012, we will no longer publish convention press releases. Existing press releases will remain in the system, but will no longer appear on the site's home page. The "News" link will also be removed from the site navigation.

You are still welcome to post your convention's press release in our forums. Please post your convention's press releases in the appropriate forum for the region that your convention is in and keep them all in the same thread. (Don't start a new thread for every press release. If you do that once, we'll merge it; twice, we'll ask you to stop; three times or more, we'll consider you a spammer.)
