Robert Navarro, also known as Rob Navarro and Robert Nauarro, Kable Sensei, and Hightower, is a Texas chibi artist currently residing in Austin.
After spending years drawing, teaching classes, and mentoring area youths, Robert Navarro (also known as Hightower - The Chibi Man) quit his job to become a comic and anime artist fulltime. He has had articles written about him in three newspapers and one magazine (Trinity Art Guild), and has won numerous awards in his lifetime for his artwork, including winning the T-shirt contest for A-Kon 2006.
