The Black Roses are a 4 piece band from Central Illinois. Crunchy guitars, forceful drumbeats, driving bass lines backing powerful melodies, The Black Roses take notes from 70s pop punk bands with a 90s female alt rocker feel. They bring the power back in Power Pop to the midwest. They've been described as "a combination of catchy, memorable lyrics" with "a tight sound and some powerful melodies.
