Colossalcon announces final guests

Colossalcon has announced their final guests of honor, voice actor Brad Swaile and musical guest Gavin Goszka, to complete the list for Ohio's summer waterpark anime convention in Sandusky, OH. The standing list of guests include: Vic Mignogna, Aaron Dismuke, Laura Bailey, Travis Willingham, Michelle Ruff, Michael Sinterniklaas, Chuck Huber, Melissa Fahn, Cristina Vee, cosplay guest Sonnya Paz, and Chibi Jae!

Here's a little bit about Brad Swaile:
Vancouver-born and raised, Brad began acting in elementary school and, once in high school, had his first audition for an animated series. This first voice acting gig took the form of a pony named "Ace" in My Little Pony Tales and soon afterwards, he landed his first anime role as "Mousse" in Ranma 1/2. Some of his more notable characters include Amuro, Quatre, Dearka and Auel (on their respective Gundam series'), Gohan (from Dragon Ball Z UK & Canada), Kicker (Transformers: Energon) and Lan (Megaman: NT Warrior). As well as voicing the role of "Nightcrawler" in X-men Evolution, Brad has worked on several anime series' including Inu-Yasha, Hikaru No Go, Hamtaro, Maison Ikkoku, Infinite Ryvius, Tokyo Underground, Soul Taker, Project Arms, Boys Over Flowers, Kimba the White Lion, Shakugan No Shana, Dokkoida, Saber Marionette J, Video Girl Ai, Arjuna, Zoids and Dragon Drive . Along with voice acting, Brad continues to work professionally as a Graphic Designer/Illustrator and, when not at the hockey rink or on the baseball field, enjoys playing drums and guitar (often while doodling in his sketchbook). Most recently, Brad can be heard as "Light" in Death Note (and the live-action Death Note films), "Rock" in Black Lagoon, "Ryuki" in The Story of Saiunkoku and "Setsuna F. Seiei " in his most recent mecha project, Gundam 00.

About Gavin Goszka:
Ohio native Gavin Goszka has been playing music since age seven. Formally trained in both piano and voice, he is perhaps best known as one half of the horror soundtrack outfit Midnight Syndicate. He discovered anime music through internet radio and was immediately impressed by how well-written and surprisingly addictive much of it was. After learning many of his favorite songs by ear and studying the Japanese language along the way, the idea for doing a live show came about as a way to share his appreciation of the music with a wider audience. With a 10+ year performance history consisting mainly of folk-based acoustic shows, Gavin describes the switch to anime music as being not only a very welcome challenge, but also one of the most rewarding and enjoyable things that he has done to date. Gavin's concert at Colossalcon is "anime unplugged" as this pianist/vocalist puts an acoustic spin on songs from favorite shows like Bleach, Hell Girl, and The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. Featuring performances in both English and Japanese.

Colossalcon is hosting more guest-integrated events this year than ever before, including FMA Live Action Commentary, Voice Acting Outside Anime, Dodgeball with Vic and Travis, Video Game Voice Acting, Con Stories From Hell, and more!

Colossalcon is this June 4-7 in Sandusky, OH at the Convention Center of the Kalahari Waterpark Resort.
