Cosplay Mania is the Philippines' premiere cosplay-centric event. From its humble beginnings inside a small trade hall packed to the brim, it has grown into one of the biggest and most anticipated conventions in the pop-culture circuit to date.
Starting in 2008, Cosplay Mania has strived to showcase creativity and ingenuity of the Filipino by making the hobby of Costume-Play, or Cosplay at its forefront.
In 2010, Cosplay Mania moved from its intial venue in SM Megatrade Hall to the new SMX Convention Center in Pasay City and has been hosting world-class events in this venue ever since.
Since then, the event has been introducing new and quality content to its fans yearly - first by featuring top-notch local and international cosplayer guests famed for their talent; second by showcasing the best and brightest in Japanese entertainment with J-pop and Anisong Artistes; third by featuring in-demand stars in the Anime Entertainment Industry. No other Philippine event comes close.
