Anime Convention
Brook Con is an anime and pop-culture convention run by Animated Perspectives, the anime club at Stony Brook University, along with the help of other student organizations on campus! Animated Perspectives has been running since the early 2000s, but we have only decided to create a convention in 2023, hosting our first convention ever as Brook Con 2023.
Although it is known that I-Con was the convention to take place at Stony Brook University previously to Brook Con, Brook Con is not related to I-Con at all. Brook Con is non-profit and student-run with the support of the Undergraduate Student Government at SBU funding and the help of volunteers!
