Anime Convention
We're the University of Miami Anime Club.
We work hard to bring this convention to you yearly, and would appreciate it if you could also keep tabs of us on our Facebook Page! We will share news and updates both there and here, so by liking our page you'll never miss new information. We would also appreciate any RSVPs on our event page, so we may have an estimate on how many attendees to expect. The Miami Hurricon Team consists of members of our organization. We strive to give back to our community, spread awareness of anime as an art form and a staple of Japanese culture, and to breakdown the barriers and negative stereotypes associated with the fandom while providing an open, loving home to those who appreciate it. If you are a student at the University of Miami, you are welcome to join us at our meetings!
