Biography:
Hynden Walch is the voice Princess Bubblegum in Cartoon Network's ADVENTURE TIME! She's also Starfire, her evil sister Blackfire, honorary titan Argent, and twisted villainess Madame Rouge on TEEN TITANS and THE NEW TEEN TITANS. She's Breach on GENERATOR REX. On THE BATMAN she joyfully gives voice to the iconic Harley Quinn, while on BATMAN: THE BRAVE AND THE BOLD, she's Platina, one of the Metal "Men." Hynden is Summer Hugglemonster on THE HAPPY HUGGLEMONSTERS and Elsie the Cat on STANLEY, both for Playhouse Disney; little pixies Lockette and Amore on WINX CLUB, Penny Sanchez on CHALKZONE, Katilda on Nickelodeon's CATSCRATCH, Velina on SUPER ROBOT MONKEY: TEAM HYPERFORCE GO!, and Amy Stapleton on IGPX: IMMORTAL GRAND PRIX, a combo creation of Cartoon Network and Studio I.G. Tokyo.

In anime she can be heard as Yutaka Kobayakawa in LUCKY STAR and Nia in GURREN LAGANN.

In animated features, Hynden provides the voice of Becky Thatcher in MGM's TOM SAWYER, Jennie McBride in THE SECRET OF N.I.M.H. 2: TIMMY TO THE RESCUE, Disney's TANGLED, BACK TO THE SEA, BATMAN: GOTHAM KNIGHT, THE WILD THORNBERRYS MOVIE, STANLEY'S DINOSAUR ROUNDUP, and of course TEEN TITANS: TROUBLE IN TOKYO.

Hynden can also be heard from time to time on THUNDER CATS, SCOOBY DOO, CODENAME KIDS NEXT DOOR, THE JUSTICE LEAGUE, STATIC SHOCK, THE MELANCHOLY OF HARUHI SUZUMIYA, KARAS, AMERICAN DRAGON: JAKE LONG, and way back when, THE RUGRATS.

Hynden is also the official voice of Alice in ALICE IN WONDERLAND and Wendy in PETER PAN for Disney Character Voices. Her voice can be heard in videos games like APOLLO, SPYRO, 99 NIGHTS, THE LORD OF THE RINGS, FUSION FALL, VIEWTIFUL JOE, SPIDERMAN 3, TONY HAWK'S DOWNHILL JAM, FINAL FANTASY 13, DEAD OR ALIVE XTREME 2, EVERQUEST and CRASH TEAM RACING, among others.

Outside of voice work - which is her very favorite thing - Hynden can be seen - yes [GULP] seen - in the Owen Wilson movie DRILLBIT TAYLOR, as well as in classics like GROUNDHOG DAY and JERRY MAGUIRE, indy films like ANGELA, and Adrienne Shelly's SUDDEN MANHATTAN. On television she played mafia wife, Mae Capone, on THE UNTOUCHABLES. Other TV appearances include LAW AND ORDER, NYPD BLUE, THE PRACTICE, THE DREW CAREY SHOW, and CHARMED.

On stage Hynden won the Outer Critics Circle award for outstanding Broadway debut of an actress for her role as Little Voice in THE RISE AND FALL OF LITTLE VOICE, a role she also played at the acclaimed Steppenwolf Theatre in Chicago. In a long career of stage work, Hynden has appeared on the stages of the Goodman Theatre, Northlight Theatre, Drury Lane, and the McCarter Theatre. She was last seen tarting around as Columbia in THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW with David Arquette in Los Angeles.

Hynden studied music (voice) at the North Carolina School of the Arts and was awarded as a Presidential Scholar in the Arts in Drama. Recently, Hynden went back to school - for fun - and graduated summa cum laude from the UCLA with a degree in American Literature and socio-cultural anthropology.

Now Hynden is moving into the "ideas-man" business - creating, developing, writing new animated shows for television. She's also hard at work on two books, one about the Hillside Produce Cooperative, which she founded in 2008.
