Biography:
Catherine Tate is a well known comic actress in the UK having appeared in several comedy shows such as The Harry Hill Show, and That Peter Kay Thing before securing her own BBC sketch show The Catherine Tate Show in 2004 which ran for three series till 2006. The show went on to win a Royal Television Society Award, as well as being BAFTA and Emmy Award nominated.
However, internationally it was her roles as Donna Nobel in Doctor Who and Nellie Bentrem in the US version of The Office where she has risen to fame.
