Biography:
Soleil played the title role of Penelope "Punky" Brewster in the NBC sitcom. She reprised the role in a 2021 Peacock revival of the series. She has appeared in Sabrina the Teenage Witch as Roxie King, and is best known for voicing Zoey Howzer in the Proud Family franchise.
