Ushicon 2012 announces appearance for veteran director, Junichi Sato

Austin, TX-November 9, 2011-Ushicon 2012 is proud to announce prolific, veteran director, Junichi Sato as our latest anime industry guest for Ushicon 2012 on February 3 - 5, in north Austin, TX.

Junichi Sato has already had an incredibly successful and prolific career in anime, working on some of the greatest titles fandom has ever seen, and he's not done yet. Sato is well known for his work on some of the most beloved shoujo anime including "Sailor Moon" and "Princess Tutu". He has also worked on a vast array of what fans refer to as 'healing' anime, like "Aria" and his current series "Tamayura".

But Sato has an extensive range of work, including various hits like "Gate Keepers", "Sgt. Frog (Keroro Gunso)", "Magic Users Club", "Ojamojo Doreimi", "Slayers Premium", "Kaleido Star", "Futago Hime", and "Pretear". He's also done storyboard work for such well known anime as "Cowboy Bebop", "Evangelion", "His & Her Circumstances", "Revolutionary Girl Utena", and "Saber Marionette J to X". Sato comes to Ushicon bearing a wealth of experience in the anime industry, with extensive knowledge and information to share with fans. This will mark Junichi Sato's first ever American anime convention appearance.
